By downloading, installing, or using Count with Kids ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Count with Kids is a children's math practice app for iPhone and iPad. The App is published by Jiří Landovský and distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to your use of the App in addition to these Terms.
The App is free to download. Without any purchase you can:
The App offers two optional purchases. Both are processed by the Apple App Store. We do not see, store, or process payment information.
A one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks all of the App's static features for the lifetime of your Apple ID:

The Full Unlock purchase is permanent and supports Family Sharing. You can restore it on any device signed in with the same Apple ID by tapping Restore Purchases in Settings or on the unlock screen.
An optional subscription that adds an adaptive daily learning plan, scaffolded hints during practice, and a weekly parent report. The subscription is offered in two billing cycles:

Prices in other currencies are set by Apple's price tier system and may vary by region. The exact price for your region is shown in the App and on the App Store at the time of purchase.
New subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial. During the trial you have full access to all Guided Learning features. The trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the 7 days unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device, or directly from the Manage Subscription button inside the App.
After cancelling you keep access until the end of the current paid period. The subscription will not renew.
The Guided Learning subscription adds features on top of the Full Unlock — it does not replace it. Cancelling the subscription does not affect the one-time Full Unlock, and vice versa.
All payments are processed by the Apple App Store. We do not issue refunds directly. If you would like a refund, please request one through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com within Apple's refund policy window.
Count with Kids does not collect personal data and does not transmit any usage information. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details, including how StoreKit purchases are handled.
The App is designed for children ages 4 and up and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by collecting no data. Adult action is required to confirm any in-app purchase or subscription via Face ID, Touch ID, or Apple ID password as enforced by iOS.
You agree to use the App only for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to make the App accurate and reliable, we cannot guarantee it will be free of bugs or interruptions. Math content is provided for educational practice only and does not replace formal instruction or curriculum.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher's liability for any claim arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App and any in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any change. Material changes affecting subscription pricing or auto-renewal will be communicated through the App at least 24 hours before they take effect, in line with App Store guidelines.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence still apply.
